Refund Policy – Vrindavan Mathura Tour Package

At Vrindavan Mathura Tour Package, we are committed to providing hassle-free and comfortable pilgrimage experiences for all our travelers. However, we understand that sometimes, plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Refund Policy ensures clarity and fairness while processing refunds for cancellations and modifications.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Traveler
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:
For Tour Packages (Hotels, Transport, Guide Services, Sightseeing)
- Cancellation 15 days or more before the trip start date: 90% refund.
- Cancellation between 7-14 days before the trip start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the trip start date: No refund.
For Temple VIP Darshan and Special Bookings
- VIP Darshan & Special Temple Entry Tickets are non-refundable once booked.
- Festival Special Packages (Holi, Janmashtami, Govardhan Puja, Kartik Maas) are non-refundable due to high demand and pre-bookings.
For Hotel Bookings
- Hotel cancellation charges depend on the hotel’s individual policy.
- We will process refunds based on the hotel’s refund terms.
Cancellation by Vrindavan Mathura Tour Package
If we cancel your booking due to operational reasons, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:
- A full refund, OR
- A credit towards a future trip (valid for 12 months).
Modification & Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to change your tour dates or modify your itinerary, we will accommodate your request based on availability.
- Rescheduling 10 days before the trip date: Free of charge.
- Rescheduling within 7 days of the trip date: 20% rebooking fee.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours of departure: Subject to availability, additional charges may apply.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- The amount will be refunded via the original payment method (bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI).
- Processing time may vary based on your bank’s policy.
No Refund Cases
No refund will be applicable in the following situations:
- If the traveler fails to show up at the designated meeting point.
- If the trip is disrupted due to a traveler’s delay, health issues, or personal reasons.
- If the trip is affected due to natural disasters, riots, political disturbances, or force majeure events.
- If the traveler does not complete the tour voluntarily after starting.
